That's the call of the first song on Hip Service's debut album, and after one listen to this great release, you will be "Hip 2 Da Funk".

Strokeland producer and ex-Tower of Power guitarist Jeff Tamelier partnered with the band to bring about this funk extravaganza.

Hip Service brings to mind flavors of Cameo, the Gap Band, Frankie Beverly and Maze, and other great funk bands, then veers straight back to the East Bay for some grease.
