Tight grooves, soulful vocals, and a classic R&B style define this funkin', groovin' good-time romp. Plenty of up-tempo tunes keep the pace moving, but some cool mid-tempo grooves provide plenty of opportunity for head-bobbing.

Jack Mack has been delivering real R&B for a long time and this CD doesn't disappoint. "Arrythmia" is definitely a keeper.
